Graduate School of Engineering Science, Osaka University

I was engaged in "Ultra High Pressure Science" in Osaka university as a graduate and under graduate student. My major interests were melting behavior and phase transformation of 4b elements and compounds under the pressure up to 10 GPa. I wrote a graduation thesis titled hMelting Behavior of Graphite under High Pressureh in 1991. Then I took master detree with the thesis hPhase Diagram of Silicon Carbideh in 1993.
