As a part of Antarctic Science Curriculum, Graduate School of Environmental Science, Hokkaido University, a field course of snow and ice took place at Moshiri in Northern Hokkaido, one of the coldest and the most snowy region in Japan. Fourteen graduate students learned climatic and snow measurements under a cryospheric environment. After working in the field, the measurement data were analyzed, presented and discussed by the participants. The program details are available here.
