Dear all,

in addition to the user manual hosted on Read the Docs, SICOPOLIS now has a developer manual produced by FORD (FORtran Documenter <https://github.com/Fortran-FOSS-Programmers/ford>). This is a legacy of the old Doxygen documentation that could be converted quite easily.

The developer manual is not available online, though. Rather, it must be built locally with FORD, as described at <https://sicopolis.readthedocs.io/en/latest/technical_notes/developer_manual.html>. Please check it out if you are interested and let me know in case of any problems. Thanks!
