It is written in RST (reStructuredText) and uses the Sphinx document generation system. The source is contained in the SICOPOLIS directory docs/sphinx/source. A great shout-out to Shreyas Gaikwad for having set up the framework for this system and writing the part pertinent to automatic differentiation (AD)! The new manual renders the previous quick start manual obsolete, so I have deleted it. The "Getting started" section covers essentially the same content. Hopefully, you'll find the manual useful. It is far from being comprehensive yet, but will be supplemented by and by. Any comments or suggestions are highly welcome.
