Subject: [SICOPOLIS:58] New grid for Greenland

Dear colleagues,

with the recent revisions 1118-1134, I have changed the grid for 
Greenland from Bamber (polar stereographic 71N/39W) to EPSG:3413 (polar 
stereographic 70N/45W) 
<http://www.spatialreference.org/ref/epsg/wgs-84-nsidc-sea-ice-polar-stereographic-north/>. 
That's the grid that is used for BedMachine Greenland 
<http://sites.uci.edu/morlighem/dataproducts/bedmachine-greenland/> and 
will be the standard for future ISMIP6 experiments.

All input files in sicopolis/sico_in/grl are already defined on the new 
grid, and the test runs in the subversion repository should work (at 
least, they do under my environment...).
