relevant publications, and added them to the list. So we crossed the

Subject: [SICOPOLIS:51] Modularisation

Dear colleagues,

if you have followed the latest commit logs, you have probably realised 
that I arranged some previously separate subroutines in modules. By and 
by, I will continue doing so, with the medium-term goal to put all 
routines except for the main program (sicopolis, sico_init, 
sico_main_loop, sico_end) in modules. This should be helpful in giving 
the code more structure.

I'll do my best to test every step. However, if you come across any 
issues, or if you have other comments/suggestions, please let me know.
