Subject: [SICOPOLIS:41] Revamping of the shell scripts completed

Dear colleagues,

with revision 596, the revamping of the shell scripts should be 
completed. I have tested it with two different compilers (Intel, GNU) 
under openSUSE 13.1, and, as far as I can tell, everything works well 
for both options (manual configuration, GNU Autotools).

Of course, there is always the possibility of any glitches I haven't 
realised so far. If you come across any, please don't hesitate to let me 
know.
